Being Muslim: Back to Basics is a free introductory 6-week programme designed to help Muslims build a sound foundation in the essentials of their faith and practice.

Whether you are looking to refresh your knowledge, strengthen your understanding of Islam, or gain confidence in your worship, these classes will provide practical and accessible guidance in a welcoming environment.

Over six weeks, participants have the option to study one or two essential subjects:

Essentials of Islamic Belief (Aqidah)
Explore the core beliefs of Islam, including faith in Allah, His Prophets, His Books, the Hereafter, and other foundational matters of creed.

Mondays | 7:30pm – 9:00pm
29th June – 3rd August 2026 (6 sessions)

Essentials of Purity & Prayer (Hanafi Fiqh)
Learn the practical rulings relating to purification, wudu, ghusl, salah, and the everyday acts of worship every Muslim should know.

Wednesdays | 7:30pm – 9:00pm
1st July – 5th August 2026 (6 sessions)
