An Interactive Q&A Workshop on Muslim Marriages

In an age where the family unit is under attack from all sides - protecting our marriages has never been more important. Shaykh Amer Jamil will be delivering a talk based on his unique experiences as someone whose interest lies in family law and has also studied the Sacred Sciences with traditionally trained scholars. Blending practical advice with classical knowledge, attendees will be given the opportunity to hear and ask questions pertinent to nurturing resilient and spiritually grounded marriages in the 21st century.

Shaykh Amer spent a decade studying Islamic sciences, including time in both Yemen and Syria. He is also co-founder of iSyllabus, an Islamic education programme based in Scotland with students from across the world. His expertise is in family law and he is founder of Unity Family Services - a charity specialising in family counselling.
