Refund Policy

1. No refunds unless stated explicitly otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

1. Quba Initiative reserves the absolute right to cancel any purchase or registration.

Sponsor an attendee Policy

1. If Quba Initiative does not receive enough applications for sponsored places then Quba Initiative reserves the right to utilise the funds for other projects.

Brothers Retreat Summer 2025 Project

1. Booking & Payment:  Full payment is required by [Fri 11-Jul-2025] to secure your place. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2. Cancellations: Cancellations made [14] days or more before the retreat date will receive a [100]% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than [14] days prior.
3. Health & Safety: Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety. You must declare any medical conditions or allergies on the registration form. The organisers reserve the right to decline participation if a health risk is identified.
4. Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others and the retreat venue. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
5. Liability: The organisers accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the retreat, except where caused by their negligence.
6. Programme Changes: The organisers reserve the right to alter the retreat programme or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation by the organisers, a full refund will be issued.
7. Photography: Attendees consent to their image being used for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated on the registration form.

Palestinian Dates Project

1. Quba Initiative reserves the right to cancel any orders.
2. On placing an order and making payment, Quba Initiative is holding the funds on behalf of the customer until delivery of the goods to the customer. Upon full delivery, the transaction is complete and the ownership of the funds moves to Quba Initiative. 
3. The customer has the right to cancel their order until the point at which delivery has taken place. 
4. There will be no refunds after the order has been delivered.
5. Any donated dates not used at the Manchester Monthly Mawlid will be distributed in similar gatherings throughout the year.
