The talks and event will take place in the main seating area, which has it's main entrance situated to the right hand side of the venue plan (see below for plan). All dimensions are approximate.

To make it fair for each and every stall holder it is first come first serve for each stall space. The only way to book is via this web page.

There is a 20% discount available for bookings of two or more stalls. Pay for your booking at full online rates and then contact 07590494690 / email us and we will perform a refund of 20% of the total order value.

There are NO REFUNDS. Only stall holders who have paid for a stall space will be permitted to setup there. With each booking is free entry for one stallholder plus one assistant.

Note: You will receive an email with details of your purchase and the stall space you have bought, kindly bring this with you on the day. 

On the day stall holders have access from 5PM and we kindly request all stall holders to be setup by 6PM. The earlier you come the easier it will be for you to park and bring in your goods. Doors to attendees open at 6:30 PM.

Again we thank you for your co-operation, we look forward to welcoming you on the day. 

May we add that we reserve the right to relocate your stall on the day if required due to extenuating circumstance such as instruction from the Venue.
