Stall Booking - Don't Miss Out!

The talks and event will take place in the main seating area, which has it's main entrance situated to the right hand side of the venue plan. All dimensions are approximate.

To make it fair for each and every stall holder it is first come first serve for each stall space. The only way to book is via this web page.

There are NO REFUNDS. Only stall holders who have paid for a stall space will be permitted to setup there. With each booking is free entry for one stallholder plus one assistant. Any extra staff are required to purchase a standard ticket.

Note: You will receive an email with details of your purchase and the stall space you have bought, kindly bring this with you on the day. 

Important Information:

• Stall holders have access to the venue from 4.30pm
• Stall holders must be setup by 5.45pm as doors open at 6.00pm. The earlier you arrive, the easier it will be for you to park and bring in your goods.
• You must use the loading bay on May Street (Google Maps link)  to bring in your goods. The car parking spaces opposite the loading bay are NOT permitted for use at any time as they belong to residents. The people-lift and main entrance must not be used.
• Doors to attendees open at 6:00pm.

May we add that we reserve the right to relocate your stall on the day if required due to extenuating circumstance such as instruction from the Venue.
